PAYMENT
Once a Purchase has been agreed Payment will only be accepted by PayPal.
You will be requested to give your email address and an invoice for the amount owning will be sent requesting the payment, this message will be from Amanda Gilroy at CrystalEnergys@yahoo.co.uk. (you may also send payment to this paypal with prior consent)
POSTAGE and PACKAGING
The item/s will be shipped by royal mail 1st class signed for, unless something else has been discussed. .The item/s will be safely packaged in order to insure that they reach you in the same condition they left me in, I respect all crystals so they will be handled with care.
Charges for Postage and Packaging will vary depending on item/s and will be charged at a reasonable amount, i will let you know the charge before the invoice is sent.
RETURNS
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact me within 7 days from reciept of purchase at CrystalEnergys@yahoo.co.uk and we will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
